Vegan pecan waffles using spelt flour.

Instructions
  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a medium size bowl
  2. In a small bowl mix milk and apple cider vinegar
  3. In a small sauce pan on medium to low heat melt butter
  4. Add melted butter, vanilla extract, and Agave to the milk mixture Mix well
  5. Mix wet and dry ingredients together well
  6. Use non-stick baking spray to coat the waffle iron
  7. Scoop out 1 cup of the waffle mixture pour evenly in the waffle iron. Cook until golden brown. (follow manufacturers instructions on how to operate the waffle iron you are using)
Recipe Notes

Even these waffles with hot maple syrup.  You can also top with some coconut whipped cream and berries. Another great option is to add pecans or chocolate chips. Enjoy!!!! Recipe inspired by the Sweet Potato Vegan.
